Boat Slip/Beach/Clubhouse
A limited number of boat slips/moorings are available to homeowners on an as-available basis. Unimproved lot owners (a lot without a house) are not eligible for a slip/mooring. Please see "Obtaining a Slip or Mooring in LCCA", below, for detailed information on the procedure to obtain and use a slip/mooring.
